Still updating the website....... I'm posting up old game reviews from the other site (I transitioned from a basic webpage to a new, more integrated content management system), but I wrote up a PC broadcasting guide for those of you interested in starting your own gaming streams. I need to polish it up with better screenshots and I'll post it under the "Tutorial Guides" under the Navigation. I will move on to writing a console broadcasting guide as well, but that may take some time to write up as I want to be very detailed and provide lots of pictures and diagrams. I can't tell you how frustrated I was with the lack of good documentation out there when it came to capture cards and how to set them up! You should see some more updates within the next week or two. Also if you can spare 20 seconds or so, answer the poll on the front page (right side), as I know I'm not the best with broadcast schedules. I would like to know how people feel on broadcast duration and frequency. I can't broadcast long AND broadcast frequently, it's more of a one or the other for me. So let me know what you think and I will do my best to be on a more regular broadcasting schedule. Right now it's more like, broadcast for 2 days in a row for about 5 hours each and then take a break for 3 weeks.... haha. I know that's terrible but I get so busy and unmotivated to play games. This month is pretty hectic for me, I'm putting myself through a lot of habit / lifestyle changes so that I will be more productive with my time. I also got an update from Monday that he's working on NOC Chapter 3! So there will be some comic pages uploaded soon. So there you go, vote and come back next week! :) |

Okay! So where have I been for the last few weeks? Gone of course. But I've been playing Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G! (Long name, I know). If you support the MH series, you should buy the UMD from Japan and read up on how to apply the English patch since it's not coming to the U.S., shame isn't it? I've taken a lot of ingame screen shots, they're not really of the epic sort, I don't take good shots and I always leave up the hub which kind of ruins the view but at least you'll see a lot of dead animals. Wooo.

Left 4 Dead !!! It's a multi-player/co-op Zombie FPS SHOOTAN GAEM by Valve with an AI director that spawns infected according to how well you and 3 other players (or computer AI) are playing, along with boss infected to make things more interesting. It'll be released in 20 days but before then there's a demo coming out on Nov. 6th if you pre-order. So whether you get it for the 360 or PC (... I recommend PC :D ) pre-order through Gamestop or Steam!!
Anyway, one different thing Valve is doing differently with marketing is actually spending $10M on an ad campaign. So I've been on the look out for billboards and ads around my area since they've been targeting major cities.

Show me your S4! I've been waiting for the final game to come out which is why it took so long to get this post written.. The beta ended around the 25th of August and the final game opened up October 7th. If you're interested you can register and download the game here. It's free and at least it was pretty fun shooting things up in the beginner servers.
I only got to make up to level 6 but the character designs and clothing are nicely done... and it just makes you want to keep playing to unlock the clothing you want, upgrade, get better weapons, and acquire new skills. I'm sure you can find other sites for more info so I'll give a quick overview and elaborate a bit on the art style.

Papercraft! It's quite the hobby, there are so many templates out there of pretty much anything - gundams, tables, dolls, weapons, consoles... anime characters.. paperweights, etc. Every once in a while I frequent the /po/ board (aka, Papercraft and Origami) just to see what people have been making. At the time (around November 2007), Portal was a huge hit and this craze for the Weighted Companion Cube spread everywhere.
